I recommend www.MeeInc.me workshops hands down. Run by Donna Mee herself (I see Cindy Tran also recommended her above). She teaches you in just a couple of months what it takes most makeup artists years and years to figure out themselves and like Cindy , I highly recommend her. She really does get you on the path to success from the get go. She's actually hosting a webinar this week on bridal makeup and business that you could use as a preview to her way of teaching. I did this class and learnt more than i ever thought was possible and I hear the same thing time and again from newbies and veterans alike. Check out MeeInc.me, I'm a student under Donna Mee and she is hands down the best teacher ever smile emoticon she teaches you everything you need to know and way way way more than that. I come home at nights with my brain exploring with information that she teaches that most wouldn't even begin to think of. I highly recommend it smile emoticon anyone I get the chance to talk about Mee Inc to, I will! Check it out girl!

Donna Mee -Empire Academy of Makeup in Cali. I flew from sydney to cali to do her course. She is one of the best teachers ive ever come across and she really cares for her students during and after u finish her course. U can even do free revision classes which a lot of schools dont.

Don't go to school if you want to do beauty and editorial makeup. Money is best spent on one-on-one or small group classes. Cut your teeth by practicing on friends and look at pros on YouTube like Lisa Eldridge or Charlotte tilbury. If you want fx Cinema Makeup School or an big fx school in Canada. I can't recall the name.
