Looks like an emergency to me, I wouldn't be picky on vets. I would go to Dr. Harland at Cotati Vet, I like him, but I think he is still out with a broken leg himself. Don't know who else to recommend. Jamie Kerr is very good with horses, but I wouldn't say reasonable.
