Instructions are right here in the application site. You really don't need to pay an attorney or accountant. The process is time consuming but not so difficult. You don't need an attorney or an accountant. I got our rescue approved in less than 4 weeks. Just take it step by step and it won't seem so daunting, and omit nothing - give more than they ask for if you're not sure.
