I absolutely LOVED Dr. Michael Fiedler of Primary Pediatrics. He is located in Florence (behind Ryan's steakhouse). I miss him so much and have not been able to find a doctor that compares to him here in Nashville. His # is 859-371-3232. You should check him out, he's fantastic!!

Dr Rob at Pediatrics of Florence or Dr Meredith Landorf in Ft Mitchell. Dr Drasnin at ESD Peds in Hyde Park is also great. I'd interview them all.

Hey Rami. I've been taking the girls to st Elizabeth pediatrics since 2004. They are amazing. They handle all issues. There are about ten doctors to choose from. They are in the medical office building adjacent to st Elizabeth in Florence. Convenient h ours. Some nights open till 8 and Saturday and Sunday. Its nice you can plan around work and school schedule. The number is 859-212-5025. I'm so excited for you and Kyle!

Looking for a good Pediatrician. Please do not recommend Dr. Joey Garcia or general family practice docs. Our son is due at the end of July so we have some time, but...
Jen K. replied:
Dr. LeClair, or Dr. Morton at Covington Pediatrics. Love them both. Dr. Morton is more old school, but great and dr. Leclair is more what you are describing with teh natural non invasive approach. but both are super fabulous. and both go with what the parents want.
Danielle L. replied:
Dr. Tam Jacobson at Covington multi care-she's truly wonderful!
Jenni S. replied:
Cheryl Tan-Jacobson at Multicare in Covington is great
Tracy B. replied:
I will second Dr. Gary German at Valley Children's Clinic. He is in Renton but worth the drive. There are 5-6 pediatrician in the practice so you can get same day appointments. I have been going there for 24 years since my first child was born. We see Dr. Michael Anderson there, he treats my son for ADHD. All the Doctors are wonderful.
Jessica P. replied:
Dr. Moore at valley childrens clinic. We had chosen a different pediatritian but had Dr.Moore in hospital after delivery. Switched cuz we liked him better. Even introduced himself as Bill. He is a good balance to my constant worries as a first time mom, and pretty much tells me not to worry bout any of it and just do what works for us.
Kelly S. replied:
Dr. Connie Corcoran Covington Multicare. She is very caring and includes you on decision making and giving options.
Wina B. replied:
I have to second Dr. Morton. He won't give unnecessary medicine for your babe, he is compassionate and super friendly. We love him!
Tierre L. replied:
Dr. MOORE at Valley Children's he is awesome! We love him and how he has helped us as new parents. I've heard all the doctors in that office are fantastic though.
Megan M. replied:
Thanks everyone!! I actually live just South of Lake Youngs so Renton is really not THAT far for us. Michelle Edmondson a close friend of mine was seeing Dr. Garcia and he missed some very obvious signs of congenital CMV in her son. When she went to her second pediatrician he knew right away what was going on. I have another friend who takes her 5 kids there and likes him. So it's a mixed bag, but IMO it's not worth it.:)
Nichole P. replied:
Dr. Morton leaves a lot to be desired. I specifically ask NOT to see him. I have had great experiences with the other providers at Multicare pediatrics
Robin B. replied:
Dr. LeClair is wonderful. He was recommended to me by my OB. He is gentle, patient, great with kids. We love him.
Duante B. replied:
Dr Morton is the MAN!! Kind of old schoola nd ROUGH around the edges, but my kind of DR... Shoots it straight and tries not to medicate!
Leisa F. replied:
I agree about Dr. Garcia! I found myself with average visit times to see him at, or more than 2 hours. I have always enjoyed the variety and convenience offerings at the Multicare/Covington. My oldest who is now 26 was the first to go there....and has followed thru to my now 17 year old. Give em a call! Hospital is right there as is an after hours clinic too!
Sara K. replied:
Dr. Daniel Friedman with Renton Pediatrics is awesome. and sounds like the type of pediatrician you are describing. We called when our daughter was born 5 years ago, based on a referal from a friends and althought they weren't taking any new clients, they still took us when we told them that he was referred to us. You have a lot of options.
Shannon R. replied:
Dr. Cheryl Tan Jacobsen. Covington Multi Care.
Natasha R. replied:
I saw Dr Morton, and left in tears when my Daughter was two months old. He scolded me for still breastfeeding her. We switched to Dr Callie Byrd at the UW/ valley medical covington clinic. She is amazing, very non invasive, gives me alternative ideas other then quickly writing a prescription. She will even send the prescription over for me as a just in case so I can grab it if needed. My daughter is now 15 months, we are still breastfeeding strong! Callie totally supports us:)
Angela P. replied:
Dr. Tan jacobsen at Covington multicare
Michelle E. replied:
Tan Jacobsen is not accepting new patients...boo! Why no Dr Joey? Everyone raves about him. Really, I'm just curious:)
Jessica L. replied:
Dr. John Apostol at Pediatrics NW in Federal way
Tracy C. replied:
Dr Gary German. He is at Valley Medical - a little further than 'next door' here in Covington, but so very worth it. He has been my daughters Pediatrician since she was born and Ive never had a single issue with him. He listens, he is not a 'bandwagon' or 'newest Hollywood illness' kind of doctor, and kids trust him. My daughter has autism and he is one of a rare few adults she will trust.
Looking for a good pediatrician in the Covington (and surrounding) area(s). Ready set go!
Cindy H. replied:
Lawrenceville Pediatrics in Loganville!!
Melanie H. replied:
Dr. Laura Putnam has been Sarah's pediatrician since she was 9 mos old and we love her like family! Nowhere near Covington though but could be worth the drive to Buford in my opinion.
Melanie H. replied:
She's at the Longstreet Clinic on South Lee St in Buford.
