Hi, it sounds like you need more than a massage, if the strength / endurance of the muscle is reduced as well as the muscle being tight - it would explain the recurrence. Having worked with professional ballet dancers - this was a common problem. There are appointments available at The Salveo Clinic for a Physiotherapy assessment and treatment this week.
