hey Paul we use Lakewood Animal Hospital he is on Capital circle we are in havana and he is only 6 miles from here. I do not know how much for anything like thast but you can go there or he makes house calls 40 dollars for exam and 2 dollars a mile. When he cam out here with our sick cows he looked at all for cows and gave them meds as well as worming med and it was only 90.00 try them

My one dog was extremely ill. The vet I had been seeing for over 25 yrs. would not see g her w/out all monies up front. Went to Northwood Animal Hosp on emergency week end basis. Verrrry expensive!! Then, I followed up that Mon SE Animal Aid. A lot of the "busy" complaints, I feel are valid. We saw Dr Gross. She was one of the most caring vets I have seen. Gave my dog personal attention (had to leave her there). Dr Gross actually called me personally several times. I highly recommend her. I don't k ow other vets they have there. & they did work W/ me on payments. That being said, I'm switching to Lakewood, as they have a chicken Dr.

We've used North Florida Animal Hospital for years, they're not the cheapest but they are good. Anything is better than the emergency vet clinic. We had to use them once and not only were they very expensive ($1200 for one night) they didn't seem to care very much. I've heard Dr Bevis is good also, my neighbor uses him and says he's great with her dog.

Now, if it just requires splinting and casting, then I recommend Los Robles as they have rehab specialists on staff that will help with the aftermath.

Where is Dr. Guhrt located?

Scott Pliskin is all about $$$$$ I have never known him to examine reptilles. Just turned off by how important $$$$ is to him.

I use Dr. Guhrt or Dr. Cavell at Northwood. Both are great with all my exotics.

Either Dr. Cavell or Dr. Brumsfeld at Northwood. Both are excellent reptile vets!

I think Susan recommended Dr. Guhrt to me previously. Kevin Bruhmfield at Northwood isn't that great.
