The plan for the Arts Centre was put out by Footlighters. You might want to get in touch with Brian Lawrence at the Advance to see if he still has a copy. I know there was a floorplan, and possibly even blueprints. At the time we discussed it, it would have cost about 5 Mil to do, but with inflation and now a higher cost of construction, it's likely about twice or three times that.

Brooke Douma is the Drama teacher at the highschool, there's also Focus on Youth, and the Music Teachers Association. Monte Anderson is the contact for that. Julie Groot also would know arty people. And Frank Goodsire. Nora McDowell can point you places. And maybe knows what happened to the Art Council's previous plans for an art centre. For Native art talk to the people at the reserve. Logo Legends? It's right on the highway. All sorts of local native art stuff in there.

Micha at Pridims Pottery (also on 12) can point you to the potters, Gunda Stewart can also hook you up. I think both of them are part of the Arts Council here.
