Hello crestonites!! Is there anybody out there suffering from sciatic nerve problems, if so have you found a way to deal with the pain or can u suggest a massage...

A TENS, machine is at the physio, they should try that on you. It stands for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulator, kind of of like what Dr Ho Sells on the TV commercial. They r fantastic. I believe the medical,supply place downtown sells them. If you can't afford one then ask the physiotherapist.
