Linda, there are honestly lots of wonderful Realtors in the Creston Valley, look at the huge list of names you are getting - it’s awesome to see all this love for our profession! I would suggest interviewing or getting Market Evaluations from a couple of different Realtors - it’s so important that you get the right personality fit and a Realtor that believes in your home and property and sees the value. It’s also important to look for someone who lists and sells in your neighborhood - they know all the benefits to living there already. All the best with your search !
