Shearer and House are both ridiculous! They even treated my children awful! Kym Rosselot Trenkamp, your experience is how they treat everyone! Leaving you in pain and telling you to suck it up! They don't give you anything for pain! My poor son was put thru the ringer! Then told he can't be in any pain! Needless to say we're looking for a dermatologist now also! He's ruined his fathers practice!

I also had the same experience at Shearer's office. That was several years ago and I will never go back! I felt disrespected as a patient. Molly Eisner is fabulous, very attentive, respectful and has a wonderful office staff as well!

Mutasim is great but hard to get in to see and disastrously behind unless you get an early appointment. Dr. Gloster at Red Bank (also UC) has been really great too.

I've gone to Dr. Mark Zalla Dermatology Specialists Of N Ky at (859) 341-9588 for years. Last visit was with female PA. They all take the time needed and don't make you feel rushed. Explain everything, answer all questions. Highly recommend.

I agree with Tom Spille. Unable to get appointment with regular Dr. Saw PA. She was great. Told me about some over the counter meds that worked so well. Also she was concerned about a spot that may primary dr. said was a freckle. Just love Drs Zalla and Associates
