All I will say Katrina is make sure whom ever you get is qualified - my last builder/suveyor had now left me with acrow props in my kitchen, walls sagging & the possibility of having to replace my roof - the builder who had helped me is Gareth Barton he is great very well recommended 07730588536 try him if he can't help he will know someone who can xx
