Not too many that I would recommend but Leo Albee in Hobart is pretty good. I can get you a ph # if you like. Good luck! Avoid even telling your insurance company unless claimable damage is much more than your deductible. (it's just not worth it)

Teresa the $47,000 house he's talking about is going to be goin at auction. That means the starting price of the auction is forty seven thousand. Anyone who buys that house at auction needs to come up with amount the auction ends at in cash immediately. Auction homes are not mortgaged properties they are paid for in cash the day the auction closes. Which is exactly the opposite of my property. Mine is a rent to own. You have two be able to get financing through a bank within 2 years. Basically I wait for you to get your finances together until u can buy. They are not even a comparable thing. It's like comparing apples to oranges. But if anyone has about 70,000 dollars cash, which is where that properties selling price at auction will probably end, available to buy a house then yes you should call the auction sign because you're going to get a great deal I'm sure. You can't compare the two. And my purchase price is 82 K not at 87 k. Please people if you're not interested in my home please I would appreciate it if you didn't .comment

The sales price on the property at 3407 163 rd is 82K due at the end of the 2 year contract term. The $2500 is applied 100% toward the purchase price so you would owe. $79,500 at lease end. Make sense? Any other questions please let me know.
