Ron Desjardins of Lundbreck. 35 years as a Red Seal chef. Caters to your idea of good food. He is great. Besides Canadian western theme pallet, he also knows Indian, Italian, Mexican. He has worked in 5 star establishments as well. Call any day of the week. Booking ahead would be a plus.
