Hi Shara my husband's business is Aquaworks Plumbing Pty Ltd - we have a team of guys who can do this work. The problem u may b facing is that as the unit is 2 nd hand and as a professional plumber we have to insure the work & the unit for six years regardless if you supply or not. Depending on the condition of the coonara most plumbers are weary to install a unit such as what you have described because of the liability. However that doesn't excuse not canceling or letting you know that they are running late or unable to attend. Good luck.
