Hi Claire. I can warmly recommend Michael Johnson, who's sorted out roof leaks for us twice... both times v happy with his work and problem solving skill. He's also EXTREMELY nice and as far as I can see, charged us a v reasonable amount. He came to us in south Norwood, so I imagine he'd cover penge too. Please say I recommended him if you get hold of him. 07774 515675. Ps he seems to be a busy man, so might be better to speak to him than just text
