Dr. Thompson in Deer Park was awesome. I was scared to have mine pulled and put it off for 15 years (I should not have waited that long). Anyway, he was very sympathetic to my fears and it ended up not being as bad as I feared.

McHenry Dental Specialists seem to be "in network" with most ins. I believe CL Oral Surgery is not in network with any. Lehman & Menis are phenomenal but not sure if they are in network with Cigna.
