I am not going to lie, KC over at Carolina Custom Ink does some amazing work. However, they recently made me pretty mad after taking two weeks to even call me back about tattoos I dropped off to have drawn up and get done and then only one was done and he couldn't tell me about the other just that it would be done (not KC BTW). My ex has a ton of nice work done by Eddie at Red Skull in Cullowhee.

Red skull! Both Chris and Eddie are awesome people and great artists. It's $50 shop minimum, so I'd recommend going there for your lettering and then finding out about getting more touch ups.
