If you want quality, go to Anthony Gallery at Vickery. Their quality of work is second to nobody. And, for what they do, their prices are reasonable. Price all depends on how high end you go with the frame job itself; do you want UV blocking glass, glare free glass, etc.

If you want good, I'd suggest Anthony Gallery at VIckery. Depending on frame and materials used, the price can be higher or lower. But I'd put my personal reputation on the line for their quality, having used them previously.
