Start here. After you accept the agreement, you can search by address. You can overlay a very accurate GIS satellite image and it will show you property lines. It's not 100 percent perfect, but mine is within about a foot. http://www.qpublic.net/ga/forsyth/search.html

You need a professional surveyor to know exactly where you property line is. As a real estate broker I've done my share of looking online at tax maps which are only estimates. I recommend Henderson Surveying. 7705193389. Robbie is a lifetime member of this community and I've used him several times. Always with good results.

I highly recommend Billy Miller he came out yesterday and surveyed my property. Very professional and accurate. I will definitely be using him again I was surprised by where our property lines were but now our fence can be extended.
