Anyone a realtor or involved with a property management group that could hook me up with a really good property management group in the Cupertino area. ??
Bill E. replied:
Joanne Barczi Contacted a long time friend, who is currently living in the City. He has a condo right near Monte Vista High, and he said, " As for the rental situation, I use Real Estate Connections (can't remember if they are Cupertino or San Jose address). Yes, I do recommend them. They take 10% each month, and it is well worth it (plus, that is the competitive rate)."
