I always go to Jerrys Auto on Front and Chestnut . It's called Fixed Auto now but under same management. Paul and Edd are excellent. If it is a simple radiatory hose, though, I would go buy a new one and two new clamps and do it yourself. Easy job and would only run you about $30-40.

Rick is a great manager at Monro and yes they are very good up there but my heart and money will always go to Paul Leach and Ed down at Jerrys/Fixed Auto. on Front Street. Have been taking all of my cars there since I was 17. If they don't think they can fix it they will always put you in touch with someone who can who is just as fair as they are.
