Ok fitness groupies: any new year's resolutions out there for weight loss/fitness goals? Let's hear em! And where do you go to make it happen? (gyms, taekwondo, yoga?)
Joshua S. replied:
I just joined a gym called Clark Hatch fitness center in Sangin. Its on the corner of Jincheon and Wolbae near Emart. Seems to be pretty nice so far. They have everything you need and the changing rooms have a hot tub, cold tub, and sauna. I am paying about 60,000W a month there, but that does include all classes they offer like spin, zumba, yoga, etc..
Lia G. replied:
Trainers are included in the monthly fee at my gym. they walk around and help you. and MY Trainer pays special attention to the foreigners, which is usually just me when i'm there, but he's given attn. to me and my friends and will tell you what to do each day for your workout if you need/ask him to. also... some of the classes are free i dont know their schedule since i'm not there all the time but they do small cycle, crossfit, stretching classes and more. the yoga and Taekwondo are extra but worth it!!!
