I don't know where you live but the classes at Ulsan University are good. 8 classes for $35 or 12 classes for $55

Soy Chung is a yoga and Pilates instructor, but I'm not sure if she's taking on new clients just now. She'd know other instructors in the area, though, if she's not.

There is a flying center in Jeonha-dong, dong-gu. 052-201-2707. Hanmaeum Cultural Center in dong-gu might have evening yoga classes but im not sure.

There's a yoga place in Okdong called Om Yoga! I didn't fancy it too much when I first went, but I think Natalia Talbot was saying it's pretty nice now. And if you ever wanna' do yoga together, I do it at home a lot!

Zumba classes in Dong-gu: .Hyundai F. Compound (Tuesday and Thursday) .Ocean Village, Bangeo-dong (Monday and Thursday) Not sure about Dal-dong, though!

The sports section of any of the big grocery stores like Home Plus or Lotte Mart will have a selection of yoga mats for fairly reasonable prices.
