Anyone know any other good wig stores other than Arda wigs? All the wigs I need are out of stock and have been for months and it's starting to tick me off.

http://thefivewits.net/ they don't have a huge selection but they might have something you want. I have a Sailor Pluto wig from them and I love it, hardly ever tangles and if it does it's really easy to get them out.

Cosplay.com I had to open up disputes with. They have awful customer service in the event that you don't get your wig but their prices are low. I had my best experience with Gothic Lolita Wigs. Best Wig Outlet was decent if you want a cheap wig and they have excellent customer service. They carry a lot of the same wigs cosplay.com has. And Amphigory was good.
Does anyone know where I can get Lolita wigs from? What website?

Jessica A. replied:
^ This. I love every wig I get from them and they are very very good to work with. I had an issue before they split with their sister company and even though their policy stated they weren't responsible for wigs lost in the mail, they mailed me a new one for no charge. I can tell you right now to avoid any company tied to cosplay.com They are very dishonest people and I will never do business with them again.
Cynthia M. replied:
agreed cosplay.com doesn't have anything good going for them
Jessica A. replied:
Also arda-wigs.com may have some Lolita-esque style wigs available.

Dallas Quintanilla FYI, gothiclolitawigs.com is having a Black Friday sale if you need a Lolita wig. The sale is through the weekend.

I would honestly check with Paula Weir from All Fur Fun Training Academy in Addison. Obviously not downtown but its 20 minutes at most from your area and worth it. She's an excellent trainer with lots of experience and uses positive training methods. The website is currently under maintenance so I couldn't check to see if they offer in-home training, but you can email or call them directly for information. 214-257-8159 or info@allfurfundog.com

It still probably depends on what you're looking for. For most mainstream characters you can find costumes online (cosplayhouse.com, for example) just by Googling "[character name] costume". Also, Goodwill can be your best friend ever, because people donate all sorts of stuff you can use.
