My husband and i do it ourselves. The exterminator we had in California used talstar pro. I think the website is domyownpestcontrol.com. doing it yourself will assure that it isn't getting mixed I a weak fashion. The stuff truly works great. Daycare and hospitals use it and it is pet safe.

Jen Russomanno, we use Lonesome Pine Exterminating 423-586-9838 out of Morristown. The first time he came since we don't have a basement he crawled under our house checked for leaking pipes. Our dryer was vented under the house. He put a vent to the outside because termites like the dampness, fixed a leaking pipe and sprayed. He sprayed around our house and garage. I think that time it was $500. If you want he puts you on a list and he comes back to spray each year for $100 (calls ahead of time). He crawled under the house and checked everything out. We paid over $800 to a termite company to put holes in the ground that they put a stick of wood before we called Lonesome Pine The only termites and bugs they killed were the ones they stepped on when they checked the piece of wood! When it came time to renew the $800 contract we told them no way! Lonesome Pine Exterminating is owned by a man and his boys. They are really honest and hard working. The 2nd year they came we were having those little sugar ants come in the house. We told him and he sprayed under the window on our porch. Haven't seen an ant since! I highly recommend them!
