Julie, I also recommend Contra Costa Appliance Services. We've used them for years now on all our appliances, and they just fixed our washing machine about three weeks ago...great local company, great service! www.ccasbrentwood.com:) good luck! I hate when my appliances go bonkers! lol ;)
