Sorry for your chronic pain, Karen. I have had chronic pain for 26 years since my car accident. I have not done medication but rather PT, chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, and most of all I stay very active. Hope you get some relief!

Gayle Kleppe car accidents are so bad for a person as it affects your body for years and progressively gets worse but what you do is a great way to help, Karen Roberts I have neuropathy and have for 30 years, we have found a medication called Nerotin that I take in small doses that helps alleviate my pain, you can take anywhere from 100 mg to 2400 mgs per day and not get addicted to it. I am also diabetic and that is why I have neuropathy, lavender oils help too, sometimes peppermint too. I would ask my doctor about the medication as it really works for me.

you might even try yoga; the meditation and stretching might help you get past the pain, and alleviate it some. Check online for Peggy Cappy Yoga for Everyone [something like that] ....you don't have to get on the floor etc, it is directed toward people with limited mobility
