Hi just wanted to tell you about the ashram, I have worked there for 11 years, we have Yoga Nidra everyday (7 days) at 11.30 am. We invite people to arrive at 11 am for cup of tea and then Yoga Nidra ( a deep relaxation meditation) at 11.30 and lunch (vegetarian) at 12 pm. Ring up and book in $20 go out and have a look, it's a great place. www.yogavic.org.au we have so many different ways to stay there too.
Hi All: I'd love any and all details regarding ANY exercise options here, other than yoga. I'm struggling to get information about gyms in the area, group exercise...

Darcy Shewell runs fitness classes throughout the week. His facebook page is Shewell Fitness...admittedly, I have been incredibly slack these last few months but when I was going, it was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Awesome Kerryn Westerman! I am regaining my fitness after breast cancer, have started my long way back from being extremely unfit, overweight, and zero strength. After 4 weeks I feel completely different. The important thing is to make a start! Look forward to seeing you.

Pilates with Ilena Karas is awesome for deep work and core strength! I've always gone hard too quick and hurt myself so building strength first is important and Ilena is extremely knowledgeable and generous!

try the function room at Hotel Frangos/ Koukla. Talk to Ava or Louise Melotte. Nice room and great finger food.

What about the pavilion at Hepburn springs the website said 20 to 100 guests for functions and it's a bit different just a thought https://www.hepburnbathhouse.com/pages/pavilion
Linda C. replied:
the other thing you could consider is a hall! Bullarto hall is lovely inside and relatively cheap to hire. You could bring in your own caterers; supply your own music, drinks etc. You could hire a couple of hospitality staff to help serve/clean up and there you have the makings of a fab and fun celebration. The Information Centre will have a contact number for the person who books it out. (5321 6123)
