I copied this for you off the attached site You can complain to the Ombudsman about something a council did or failed to do, or a decision it made or failed to make. Sam Thompson, helped us out. We brought a property that had a Building permit. He checked over it before we brought it though, and picked up some things that had changed since the original permit was issued. We got them changed and brought the property. Not sure if he can help, but might be able to steer you in the right direction. True Marie. I was looking at State Trustees but the '5%' of the estate charged costs as executor took me by surprise (not that I would expect people to do it for free). Plus I think it was around $1,000 for 2 wills, plus POA for finance & health x 2 (but not sure if that is standard).
