there is a shuttle service from either Bendigo or Ballarat. They pick up in Ballan or Creswick (which is slightly more expensive), or Woodend (subject to which route you take.) Here is a link to the Ballarat service. If you get the bus at Ballan, you do need to book your ticket prior - the bus doesn't normally stop at Ballan - but will on request. Tix are about $35 on way. (going from memory). As I recall, the times from Bendigo are very similar to the Ballarat service - go figure! http://airportshuttlebus.com.au/
