A few years go, our washer quit agitating, that thing in the center wasn't turning. Is that the problem, Marc? I googled it and found all it needed was a quit fix, new "dog ears." Johns Appliance, less than $10. Did it myself. Google and YouTube. Best friends for life! wink emoticon

That thing was frozen solid. Defrost fan had broke. Leslie Sharpe from Ormond Chamber came thru w a great guy! He moved me to an immediate repair seeing it was a freezer full of food. Hopefully it starts cooling quick! Thanks for everyone's help!!
