Cathy Swain is hands down the best! I went to many of the attorneys in town for a nasty divorce and can give you the rundown on just about everyone of them in town.

Bonnie Berns in or mind beach is by far the most aggressive family law attorney I've ever used (I previously used Mitch Gordon, he's a pushover)...

Elizabeth Blackburn in Daytona or Bradley Sherman in Orange City. Brad offers a free consultation before he'll decide if he will take your case. Both are kickass.

I was ran over by the under insured Assistant Attorney General of Texas on a Sunday on my way to church. She had $50 k worth of coverage. My medical bills are over a million and growing. I would never choose a big firm like Morgan or Binder, because they care about numbers, not actually helping someone. You'll never talk to an actual attorney, only their assistants or secretaries, not even a paralegal. I did hear good things about Rue. I broke three ribs, collapsed left lung, broke five vertebrae, died twice, resuscitated obviously, and everything from pain to migraines, my left shoulder needs to be completely replaced. I need someone who cares. Thank you for the testimonial level referrals.

I used Rue & Ziffra386- 788-7700. They handle SSD and SSI. I didn't have to pay until after I won. But they speak with you over the phone first. If they think you have a case then they will set an appt up with you. Sad part is you are not permanently disabled until a Dr tells them you are.
