CrossFit Base run a 9.30 am session on Monday and Wednesdays and it's usually quiet enough to bring your bub with you (often has other mums in the class too ) www.crossfitbase.com.au

Jacqui and Matt from PT2U are amaze and super friendly and supportive. I do their bootcamp classes but they offer personal training as well as lots of other services. I've been training with them for 6 weeks and have lost 9 kg and am seeing awesome results. Can't recommend them enough. www.pt2 u.com

Kiki Hernandez Is kicking my butt back into shape. She is a mum her self and has worked hard and is now a place holder for INBA I think that's what it is called. Which is body sculpting. She doesn't let you slack off shows you the correct techniques plus you can take your kids with you. Highly recommend.
