I have to second Senez Roofing. I'm a Realtor and they sent someone out to one of my listings after a storm to do just that. They had put the roof on 10 years prior and didn't even charge my seller. I used them for my new roof when I had it replaced because of that.

We have called a total of 9 roofing companies over the past 2 weeks to install a whole new roof for us. Gulledge Roofing 386-738-1967 in Deland has been the least expensive quote so far followed by Ray Adcock Roofing 407-322-9558 out of Edgewater. Both came recommend from Debary residents.

Our last quote is going to be from Steve Carroll (from Debary), 407-416-1550 who is a roofer that has you buy and deliver the supplies and he only charges for the labor. Several of our family members have used him before and he does an excellent job.

As a comparison Jacqueline Schutt, Back in 04 after our trio canes, we paid $7425. to replace our roof. 1635 sq. feet under air but the porch is under truss so it was included as well. They threw in the shed. We used Speigle Roofing but after 13 years not sure if they around anymore. Good Luck.

We are in the same boat. I called 6 companies 5 came out to give bids. We are going with Winter Park Roofing. They were the most up front and gave us an all inclusive bid (any wood rot etc is covered in it) so there are no surprises. And the prices are very reasonable.

Ray Adcock ...my cousin with Adcock roofing out of Sanford has been at it all his life (his grandfathers company then his fathers). He's now on his own (Ray Adcock roofing) and is fantastic!

Wasn't the most expensive of quotes and wasn't the least either. He will look at your roof and give you an honest assessment. His workers are long time full time employees too.
