Don't go to GeekSquad. I do computer repair out of my home and I'd be happy to give you a free estimate on what needs to be done and how long it will take. I have 9 years IT experience and a computer engineering degree.

Anywhere but GeekSquad.... My friend took his computer (which I built for him) to GeekSquad cause it wouldn't boot. They told him that his hard drive is corrupt and they would have to install a new hard drive and would charge him a ridiculous amount to recover his data. He backed out and let me look at it. Turns out the boot drive got switched to his second hard drive somehow and everything else was fine. /facepalm
