UPS store definitely has a notary. We use the one at Clairmont and North Decatur. Your bank should also do it for free. SunTrust and Delta Community Credit Union are two in downtown Decatur that both do. I just filed my name change paperwork last week! Eeeee! Exciting times, friend!
