I would say Dr. Miller....but I share my office with him right now, but he is not accepting new patients. Dr. Lu upstairs in the same facility is accepting new patients. It also depends on which hospital you are looking to be affiliated....insurance....where you are living, etc. I can steer you in the right direction.
