Doctor Shulka he's great been going there for 17 years love the staff. Great doctor hands down

We have been with Dr. Terwilleger since my daughter was born in 2009. We haven't had any problems. I will say that he will not see your child unless you vaccinate.

Dr. Teriwileger is a great Dr. Also Lake Mary Peds, however I don't think they take Medicaid.

I would go with dr.terwilleger. His office is in orange city, it's the lake Mary pediatrics. He's such a great doctor and definitely great with babies as well. He's my sons doctor and I absolutely love having him as his doctor and he's very trustworthy. I would NOT have dr.shukla because when my brother was a baby, he was very sick and he was my brothers doctor, my mom was constantly telling dr.shukla that something was wrong because he would vomit everything up but it would literally shoot very far from his mouth. My mom took him to the hospital one night because he quit breathing and come to find out he had pyloric stenosis that dr.shukla completely missed after many times my mom told him that something was wrong. He was basically starving to death because of dr.shukla. Bad experience. But in my opinion dr.terwilleger is a great doctor!

We use Dr. Terwillger in OC but will only take Medicaid if you start with him as a newborn. I would make consult appts to meet with them. Ask questions see the office. This should be free, we did this when my daughter was pregnant.

What type of Medicaid? It's been a while for me so i don't remember if you choose or not. I have taken colton to many different doctors in this area and hands down Dr Anita Mathur is the best i have come accross. You know personally what iam going through with colton, and a lot of doctors kept telling me he was fine and all these years later we found out that's not the case. Her office is right in orange city to! If you have any questions allie, you know you can always ask!

Do NOT go to Stages Pediatrics. Dr. Dee is a terrible doctor. She misdiagnoses patients (like me). People have filed lawsuits because of malpractice. I switched doctors. I'm now a patient of Dr. Valerie Burns at LongLeaf Pediatrics on Birch in OC. She takes newborns. Also, I'm almost 19 and she still takes me.

Lake Mary pediatrics (its in OC) is great but will not take non-vaccinated, if you choose that

We use to go to lake Mary peds in oc and loved all the Drs. They stopped taking our insurance and now we see Dr Lewis at central Florida peds in oc. I love that office also! I recommend both of them.

Good luck with Molina. When my son was 3 I had to take him all the way to Lake Mary for his 1 st dentist visit. I had to call every dentist on their list. Some didnt accept the insurance at all, most didn't accept children under 5.. Molinas dental was thru Dentaquest at the time. Not sure if its the same. Might be why the file wouldnt pull up.

We go to community medical center and see Dr Pam. My son has autism and we love her. It is located by the bowling alley. My friend just switched to her and love her also.

We have 5 boys, 4 go to Dr Valerie burns in orange city and our youngest who is special needs (DS) goes to west volusia peds, Dr Bell, in Deland. They are both great. But Dr burns has a child with special needs so is personally familiar with the extra care they need.

Dr. Burns is very thorough. If you have to call her after hours.... she answers her phone, not an answering service. It's nice knowing you don't have to go through a middle man to speak to your child's doctor

Central Florida PEDs no longer takes any form of medicaid insurance. My daughter goes to Dr. Lewis and I saw Dr. Lewis when I was little till a teen and I couldn't imagine going elsewhere. I'm getting my daughter a 2 nd insurance just to have her stay with Dr. Lewis

I love doctor Burns at longleaf. We saw Doctor Dee for a while and it was terrible between her going back on what she said every time and all of the air fresheners throughout the place. Even for just a check up I always left stressed with a migraine. Dr Burns made my son and myself so confortable and not only ride she listen to everything I had to say she also talked to him and listened to him too

Definitely West Volusia Pediatrics, it will be worth your drive to DeLand.

I would recommend Longleaf Pediatrics in orange city. She listens and takes her time with each child. She also answers her phone after work for emergencies. We finally got my son well and in therapy thanks to her after 3 diff pediatricians

I wish I could say central Florida pediatrics,but I had a falling out with them. Now, I definitely love Brenda Lewis and she is not the reason I left. However, my daughter is a heart transplant recipient and has been going there since birth 15 years now as well as my 11 year old and my son's who are now adults. We have blu cross blue shield federal and always were treated fairly until a new practitioner came in. I had both girls in the office for a well check and a flu shot. Same doc saw them both. Then when I was leaving they tried to charge me for a copay,but only on my daughter who had the transplant. I asked why are you charging me for a well checkup and shot for one daughter and not the other. They told me it's because my daughter with special needs requires a doctor at every visit. So I said,the same doc saw them both how is that right. I left there refusing the copay,not because I couldn't Afford it but because I felt my special needs child was singled out. They sent me the bill for $35 and I called and disputed it. They took it before the team and still felt it was ok to charge for one kid and not the other ecen though those are free visits through my insurance and no doc has ever done that. After refusing to pay it they said then we will drop you from the practice. Mind you my daughter has 3 thick files there and they are dismissing her for a stupid $35 copay. I felt they were being ridiculous in charging differently for the same exact visit.

Be careful with them... I had a bad experience and was dismissed from the practice and was told to formula feed my first child without any chance of meeting with a lactation consultant. Went to Dr. Cannizzaro ... his practice is amazing and not influenced by big pharma and their push of meds/vaccines

West Volusia Pediatric with Dr Bell. He is absolutely amazing. Great and thorough. My son was in a major accident last year with life threatening injuries and we needed a new pediatrician and we got Dr Bell. He was so awesome with my son. I soon moved all my kids to his office. He answers every question you have and always always double checks family history and passed history before making any medicine orders and is sure to stay current on all blood work and tests. He has a great bedside manner too. My teenage boys love going to him. He even had the talk with all my boys and gave them a lot of info.

She doesn't talk down to you, she listens and is AWESOME with the kids!! My kids were sad when they got too old to go to her:)

Stages Pediatrics. Dr. Sandra Dee. Been taking my daughter there going on 4 years and will be taking my newborn to her. I love her and all her staff. She listens to me and hears me out when I talk about different methods that I believe in (homeopathic remedies and essential oils). The nurses and techs there remember my daughter since the day we started going, every visit has gotten easier because they befriended my daughter, not just became her doctor and her doctors helpers. Occasionally, they have gotten a little attitude because of how busy it is but never enough to make it a bad experience. Her after hours line goes DIRECTLY to Dr. Dee, not an answering service. I've never had to wait to have my daughter seen, to get an appointment, and was even able to be seen after she closed due to a possible case of chicken pox. Tuesday and Thursday she's open until 8 pm which is a great help. Most recently my daughter got bronchitis, 2 days after being seen Dr. Dee called me to ask how she was doing, was a very nice gesture that meant a lot. This office doesn't have a great reputation, and the wait time while sitting in the waiting room may seem long but in my opinion I love this doctor and in going on 4 years have not had 1 problem. She is located in Ornage City across from the bowling alley.

They’re open later than most and their lake Mary office is open on saturdays. My kids have been going there for 18 years. I also love that it’s all women doctors.
