Anyone know of a good massage therapist they are willing to recommend?
Linda B. replied:
If it is for pain, my best experience ever was Dr. Bellows at Texoma Oriental Medicine on Lamar in Sherman. He did acupuncture, and then did deep tissue massage, which I barely felt, but didn't need to go back for a year. My left trapezoid muscle was in bad shape after a fall. He made a huge difference. He doesn't take insurance. The first visit is $200, anything after is $100, but like I said, I didn't need anything else for a year. He is not like other chiropractors who make you return every week.
