We used Bali Laundry. Communicated through Viber, pick-up and drop off at the hotel (Sofitel Nusa Dua), charged by the kilo (provided a picture after pick-up) and do a same day express service if needed. No issue at all with the quality of the washing either. Phone # is +62 819 99390490
