Almost impossible as my hubby's size is 47 so I know! However Havaianas on Sunset Road has big sized thongs. Sports Station at Mall Bali Galeria sometimes has sneakers up to size 46. Good luck!

I'm a US 12 with wide foot. I get Oasic trainers from Sport Station at Galleria Mall. Only Oasic bring in that size. Also, ALDO at Beachwalk Mall.... tried their outlet in Seminyak Village 2 weeks ago and no size 12. Beachwalk has more stock apparently. Good luck.
