Bit far, but you might want to try the Specialized/Build a Bike shop on the Bypass, Suwung. They seem most capable this side of Bike shop' city_state='Denpasar City, Indonesia' class='name_reco'>Bali Bike Shop in Jimbaran. There used to be a bike shop on Jl Danau Buyan, but it moved somewhere (Hang Tuah?), and it was a long time ago. Otherwise, there are a couple of shops at the Denpasar end of Hayam Wuruk, or Bike shop' city_state='Denpasar City, Indonesia' class='name_reco'>Bali Bike Market off Deponegoro (left side, no Remo side). I don't know if any of the above do services, call first to check what they offer.
