Hi! The best camera shop in Bali is called FUJI PROFESSIONAL. It sells Canon, Nikon, Sony and have a lot of items and accessories in stock. You will find this shop in Jalan Diponegoro, Denpasar. Basically is the same street where you can find the RIMO center. Just go another 100 meters further. The shop is on the left side, like the Rimo center. Go slow...or you will miss it and is one-way road (so you will have to go all the way around again). The proces are quite good (compared to italy). I guess they have the 95 mm filter....good luck!!! About the quality monopod...uhmmm...I am not so sure...
