Yes. Global Apple store in imam bonjol is the ONLY authorised service center in Bali.

There is no authorized apple service center in Bali who will fix your iphone free under warranty. If you fix it anywhere in Bali you will have to pay and the warranty will be voided. The nearest service center who will fix it under apple warranty is in Surabaya. MITRACARE@SURABAYA JL.
