The problem can happen from PLN/government electric company too, happened to our Villa in Sanur few days ago. Some wire on their box is damage causing power overloaded. Ask someone that speak Indonesian to call 0361 123 and choose 2 for report (with reference of your electric bill / registration number). The call center open 24 hours and come immediately. They will check if the error from PLN or from your intern setting. Make sure you supervise them when they work on the site.
