Spa Bali in Legian is fab! We go there every year and I get mani/pedi at same time, free water, aircon and toilets! Our girls even got free icy poles.

Carla spa on Padma utara. Across the road from the fairy shop. They fixed my daughters braids after we had them done somewhere else. Clean shop, lovely staff. Just a basic shop though, not a fancy spa.

Try Cheeky Monkeys on the top floor of Beachwalk mall. It's a child care place that I've used many times. The staff are great and my daughter (3 years old) always enjoyed it. There are usually expat kids in there. You could pop your child in there for a few hours and walk/taxi to a spa.
