Sorry I should have mentioned that I have been organizing legal Christian, Catholoic and Buddhist weddings here in Bali for the last 4 years. We have 7 Australian couples wanting legal weddings next year so I'm just trying to gather quotes for translation services. Previously the Catatan Sepil ( ROM ) were accepting Birth Certificates, Divorce Certificates and Death Certificates in English. From 2015 they must be translated to Bahasa Indonesia. The Catatan Sepil up until June this year were also accepting Letters of No Impediment for NZ, Singaporean, Hong Kong and Malaysian couples in English as well how ever they now need to be approved and translated by their consulates.
