Englewood Firestone. Talk to Tim Sitzman. He's the store manager. I use to work with him.

Does anyone have experience with buying used tires? Any good shops I should look into? I drive Uber and Lyft and I'm burning through tread pretty quickly haha. Thanks!
Jed A. replied:
There are 4 numbers on the sidewall of every tire that have the week and year they were manufactured. 0616 would be the 2 nd week of February in 2016. I'd stick to the exact size your car has, they might have a set they are trying to sell you that is close, but I'd pass. On Colfax and Moline there is a shop owned by a guy named James, he is fair and cheap with used tires and mounts them right there for you. Personally, if you can swing it, I'd suggest tirerack.com and have the big-o near their warehouse put your tires on for you.
