Here is another option: Candy's Collections. Candace Boulay. She's on Westside Drive in Atkinson, NH 603-362-6064. She did my wedding gown, my sister's wedding gown, and she fixed my bridesmaids dresses that were hacked by another seamstress. She was so nice and did an awesome job. Good luck!
