I didn't have much luck with insurance on vacant structures. But the people who own Run Detroit did. They gave me the info of someone I just don't have it anymore. I know if you called over there and told them I sent you they would give you the guy's number. My guy is Mark Hamad at AAA. 734-457-0337. He works with a lot of people in detroit...and you can get decent rate for vacant structures with no one living there.
